About this variety

Hojiblanca is one of the great varieties of western Andalusia, grown across Córdoba, Málaga and Sevilla. It produces balanced and versatile oils, with green fruity notes of apple and green almond, accompanied by medium bitterness and pungency that mark it as a variety of great refinement. Its organoleptic profile makes it suitable both for raw consumption and for cooking, and it appears in several prestigious Andalusian PDOs.
